Bruschetta with shrimps and tartar sauce

1 pack “Royal” Prawns Karolina
2 pcs. ciabatta bread or fresh baguette
4 cherry tomatoes
4 quail eggs
some salad leaves
olive oil

For tartar sauce: ½ of onion, 2 pickled cucumbers, 50 g mayonnaise

Directions: Defrost the shrimps. Water the shrimps with boiling water. Cook tartar sauce: mill onion, cucumbers and mix with mayonnaise. Cut ciabatta along and spread with sauce. Powder with cut salad leaves. Put shrimps, cut eggs into two pieces and cherry tomatoes. Water with olive oil. Each bruschetta decorate with basil!
