Salas “Sea of tastes”

1pack “Royal” Prawns Karolina
100 g baby mozzarella
1 stick of cherry tomatoes
2 plums or nectarines
100 g salad mix
olive oil, basil, juice of ½ of lemon, balsamic vinegar

Directions: Defrost the shrimps. Water the shrimps with boiling water. Put on the plate salads leaves, mozzarella, shrimps, cut in 2 pieces tomatoes. Plum or nectarine cut into pieces and put between shrimps.
For sauce shake up olive oil, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, add salt and pepper. Decorate with basil.
