Shrimps and curry sauce salad

1 pack “Royal” Prawns Karolina
100 g baby mozzarella
100 g salad mix
50 g curry sauce
50 g grated Parmesan cheese
1 clove of garlic
olive oil, balsamic vinegar, rosemary

For cheese sauce: 30 g grated parmesan cheese, 30 g mayonnaise, 1 clove of garlic

Directions: Defrost the shrimps. Fry the shrimps with olive oil, add rosemary, cut garlic, salt and pepper according to your taste. Prepare cheese sauce: mix parmesan, mayonnaise and garlic. On the plate put cheese sauce, shrimps and baby mozzarella. Add curry sauce. Put salad mix and powder with grated parmesan. Whole dish water with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Don’t mix the salad!
