Backed salmon

Ingredients:
1 pack of salmon portions TM Karolina
50 g of mayonnaise
50 g of mustard
1 big fennel
Olive oil, salt & pepper

Directions: Defrost the fish without to take it out from the pack. Take all 4 pieces of salmon out of pack and add some olive oil, salt & pepper. Put it into the form for baking. The form with a fish put in the hot oven for 10-15 min. Make a sauce - mix mayo & mustard. Slice fennel and add some olive oil. Take salmon out of the oven and put in to 4 plates. Serve salmon with fennel & sauce. You can need to know, backed salmon is extremely healthy. You can serve it with salads, potato or any vegetables. It takes only a few minutes to make so tasty and healthy dinner at home!
