Neapolitan shrimps

1pack of “Royal Prawns” Karolina
250 g scrubbed tomatoes
5 cloves of garlic
1 chilli pepper
some branches of rosemary, olive oil

Directions: Defrost the shrimps. Scrub the shrimps out of shell. Fry the shrimps with olive oil, adding unbroken cloves of garlic. Scrubbed tomatoes cut in three pieces and add to the shrimps. As well, add milled chilli pepper, fry for 3-4 min. Add salt and pepper according to your taste. Put the dish on the plate and decorate with fresh rosemary.
