Salmon rolls

Ingredients:
1 pack of salmon portions TM Karolina
40 g sea salt
3 cucumbers
1 zucchini
50 g onion
Olive oil

Directions: Defrost the fish without to take it out from the pack. Take all 4 pieces of salmon out of pack and sprinkle with salt. Put it in the fridge for 2-3 hours. After this time take the rests of salt away using the knife. Now slice the salmon. Vegetables cut into strips. Onion make hot in microwave. Make rolls from salmon putting vegetables inside of it, as it on the picture showed. Tie all the rolls with an onion. Add olive oil to the dish. You can serve it as an appetizer or add salmon rolls as main course with some potato, rice or grilled vegetables.
